R&R - Gage capability analysis

This tool can be used to analyze the accuracy of measurement processes and devices.

Required data:

• one column of 'data' type
• another column of 'data' type, which contains integer numbers, designating the subgroups in which the data is ordered

Optional data:

• one or more columns designated as "type" - used for stratification purposes.

Whilst the tool will work without the Optional data, in order to produce meaningful R&R analysis it is recommended to use one "type" column. The data for the following graphs is taken from the file called 7-RR.qsl, which is supplied in the examples directory.

Once the data is entered, use the Charts/Repeatability and reproducibility option to display the analysis

Choose the following columns:

Data: x1; Subgroups: No1; Type: O

In stratification choose type for each chart
